Royal Mail Tracked 48: Free on all orders
Royal Mail Tracked 24: £1.49, or (Free for orders over £50)
Evri Ship to Pickup Point: £1.99

We may occasionally use an equivalent service from another courier (such as DPD or Evri) if Royal Mail services are unavailable or severely delayed. This will not affect the level of service you receive.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Typically 2-3 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Typically 1-2 working day after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to courier issues, bad weather, strikes, or busy periods and we do not provide any guarantees on delivery times. Our typical dispatch time is 1-2 working days. Dispatch times can be longer if there is high demand, or exceptional circumstances.

Delays and Missing Orders

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are a common cause of delays and failed deliveries.
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange either a replacement (re-delivery charge may apply) or a refund.
If your order is significantly delayed (over 7 working days after dispatch), contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Christmas, Holidays, and Peak Periods

We do not dispatch orders on UK bank holidays, weekends, or public holidays.
From Christmas Eve through to the New Year, we operate a reduced service and dispatch may take longer than usual.
Courier networks are often busier during November–December and other peak periods, which can cause delays. Please order early if you need items for a specific date.
