Domestic UK Shipping
We offer the following domestic UK shipping options
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Free
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £1.49 or Free over £50.00
Note: Occasionally, we may dispatch parcels using an equivalent service from an alternative courier. For example if a service is not available, or there are delays or a strike on a particular service. In such case, we may send your parcel out with equivalent service from DPD, Evri, or another courier.
Shipping Times
Parcels sent with Royal Mail 48, take typically 2 working days after dispatch and Royal Mail 24, 1 working day after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and can sometimes take longer.
During holidays and peak seasons, postal delays may occur. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid inconvenience.
If your order is delayed, please verify that the shipping address provided is correct. Address errors are a common cause of delays.
In cases where an item cannot be delivered, it is often returned to us. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Our operations are closed during all UK bank holidays, weekends, and public holidays. From Christmas Eve through to the New Year, we operate a limited service.
