Royal Mail Strikes
Please note that due to postal strikes, your order may be delayed. Delays are outside of our control so we kindly ask for your patience.
Dispatch Times
We dispatch most orders on the day of receipt or within one business day. In rare cases when we have order backlogs or service outages, dispatch times can be longer.
Domestic UK Shipping
We offer the following domestic shipping options
- Royal Mail 1st Class - £0.00 (up to £40)
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.79 (free over £40)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.79 (£0.99 over £40, free over £60)
Please note: Orders over 1kg may be substituted with an equivalent service from another courier e.g. DPD, Evri, Yodel, ParcelForce etc.
If your order is late, please check the shipping address on your order. Many delays are due to an error in the delivery address. Please also check Royal Mail's service update page for information on regional delays (Royal Mail Service Update Page).
We receive most undelivered products back. If we receive your product, we will contact you to send it out again or provide a refund.
It is rare for an item to be lost in post, however there are cases where items can be lost by Royal Mail. In such cases we would need to open a lost item claim with Royal Mail. Under Royal Mail's policy, we require 10 working days after the items estimated arrival for UK customers and 25 working days for customers outside of the UK.
Christmas and Holidays
We are closed during all UK bank holidays and public holidays. From Christmas Eve until the New Year, we offer a limited service.
Please order ahead of time during the run-up to Christmas as postal delays are frequent. We have seen significant postal delays before Christmas in recent years due to staffing shortages and unprecedented demand for online retail.
